A sixth-generation Arizonan, Jon launched his career in commercial real estate and development in 1999 as a high school senior. He built his name in land sales, then expanded across every commercial specialty.
As Designated Broker of Willis Property Company from 2011 to 2018, he helped direct the brokerage and development of more than $1 billion in commercial real estate and the platting and engineering of about three dozen master-planned communities across the Phoenix metro. He played a key role in the development and growth of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert and Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa.
He sold a portfolio worth more than $700 million: over 200 office condo, land and retail properties in Arizona and Nevada. From 2014 to 2016 he also brokered retail on the Las Vegas Strip.
At the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business he taught more than 60,000 students, was named Instructor of the Year in 2012, and created the school's commercial real estate continuing education curriculum. He later served as CEO of Matchstick Media, a full-service marketing agency, and is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Sovren Technologies, the parent company of Parler, which is currently preparing for its public offering on Nasdaq.
Jon is also a media personality who has appeared regularly on national television, including Fox News, Newsmax and Real America's Voice, as well as on several dozen podcasts. He has built a following of more than 130,000 across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, averaging more than 60 million views per month.

Nothing. We prepare a free written opinion of value for commercial properties in the East Valley, Pinal County, Gila County and Navajo County, usually within 48 hours. There is no obligation to list with us.
What areas of Arizona do you serve?
We are based in Mesa and serve the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Queen Creek), Pinal County (Casa Grande, Maricopa, San Tan Valley and Florence), Gila County (Payson, Pine, Globe and Miami) and Navajo County (Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake, Holbrook and Winslow).
What types of commercial real estate do you handle?
Land, retail, office, industrial and income properties. That includes development sites, farmland, shopping centers, single-tenant net lease, office condos, medical office, warehouse and flex space, and multi-tenant investments.
Can you help with a 1031 exchange?
Yes. A 1031 exchange gives you 45 days after closing to identify replacement property, so we start searching before you close. We work alongside your qualified intermediary and tax advisor, who handle the exchange itself.
Do you represent buyers and tenants, or only sellers?
Both. We represent sellers and landlords, and we also help investors, owner-users and tenants buy or lease commercial property across our markets.
